5. Originality and Exclusive Submission

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original and that all sources have been properly acknowledged.

Manuscripts must not contain plagiarised material or fabricated or falsified data. Authors should disclose any relevant prior publication, conference presentation, preprint, or overlapping submission.

Authors must inform the conference organisers if the manuscript is simultaneously under consideration elsewhere, where this may conflict with the applicable submission or publication requirements.

6. Authorship

All listed authors should have made a meaningful contribution to the research and approved the submitted version.

The corresponding author is responsible for communicating with the conference organisers and ensuring that all co-authors are informed about the submission and agree to the applicable publication arrangements.

Changes to authorship after submission should be justified and are subject to approval by the responsible conference or editorial team.

7. Review and Acceptance

Submissions are evaluated according to the relevant conference's review procedures. Evaluation may consider academic quality, originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the conference theme, and compliance with the submission requirements.

Authors may be asked to revise their work before acceptance or publication.

Acceptance for presentation does not automatically guarantee publication in a particular journal or other publication outlet. Publication decisions remain subject to the applicable editorial and review requirements.

8. Presentation Requirements

Accepted contributions must be presented in accordance with the conference programme and presentation instructions.

Presenters should comply with the assigned presentation schedule and any technical requirements communicated by the organisers.

The conference may specify additional requirements for oral presentations, online presentations, or poster sessions.

9. Author Responsibility

Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their research, the proper use of sources, the necessary ethical approvals, and any permissions required for third-party material.

By submitting a paper, authors acknowledge that they have read and agree to comply with the applicable conference policies.

Detailed submission deadlines, registration requirements, and publication arrangements are announced separately for each conference.
