Proceedings & Publication Policy

RSEP Conferences aims to facilitate the dissemination of scholarly research in Economics, Finance, Business, and related disciplines through appropriate academic publication channels.

The publication arrangements applicable to each conference are communicated through the official conference website and relevant announcements.

1. Conference Proceedings

Eligible and accepted conference papers may be considered for inclusion in the relevant conference proceedings, subject to the publication arrangements announced for that event.

Inclusion in the proceedings is subject to compliance with the applicable submission requirements, acceptance procedures, final manuscript requirements, and publication deadlines.

Acceptance for conference presentation does not, by itself, guarantee inclusion in the proceedings.

2. Publication Eligibility

To be considered for publication, manuscripts must:

  • Fall within the scope of the relevant conference.
  • Satisfy the applicable academic review requirements.
  • Meet the required formatting and submission standards.
  • Comply with research ethics and publication integrity principles.
  • Include complete and accurate author information and references.
  • Address any required revisions within the specified timeframe.

The conference or designated editorial team retains responsibility for determining whether a manuscript meets the applicable publication requirements.

3. Publication Channels

Depending on the arrangements announced for a particular event, eligible contributions may be considered for conference proceedings, edited academic volumes, or affiliated journals.

Each publication outlet operates according to its own editorial criteria, review procedures, scope, and publication requirements.

Publication in an affiliated journal is not automatic and may require a separate submission, additional review, revisions, or compliance with the journal's specific policies.

No manuscript should be understood to have guaranteed journal publication solely because it has been accepted for presentation at an RSEP Conference.

4. Open Access and Accessibility

Where a publication is designated as open access, its content is made available to readers without a subscription requirement, subject to the applicable publication terms.

The relevant publication page should identify the applicable licence, access conditions, and permitted uses of the published material.

Authors and readers should consult the specific terms governing each publication rather than assume that identical licensing conditions apply to every publication outlet.

5. Copyright and Author Rights

Copyright and licensing arrangements are governed by the publication agreement and the terms specified for the relevant proceedings or publication outlet.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce third-party material, including figures, tables, images, and substantial extracts.

Authors should review the applicable publication terms before granting publication rights or distributing the final published version elsewhere.

6. Publication Fees

Any applicable conference registration fees, publication charges, or additional editorial service fees will be communicated through the relevant conference or publication information.

Conference registration fees and publication fees are distinct unless the organisers explicitly state otherwise.

Authors should not assume that payment of a conference registration fee guarantees publication, acceptance in a journal, or any particular indexing status.

7. Publication Schedule

Publication schedules depend on the completion of the review process, the receipt of final manuscripts, editorial preparation, and production requirements.

The organisers will communicate relevant deadlines and publication updates where appropriate. Any estimated publication date is subject to the progress of these processes.

8. Corrections and Retractions

RSEP Conferences aims to preserve the accuracy and integrity of published scholarly work.

Where a significant error, ethical concern, or other substantive problem is identified after publication, the responsible editorial team may consider a correction, an editorial notice, withdrawal, or retraction, as appropriate to the circumstances.

Authors are expected to notify the relevant editorial contact promptly if they discover a substantial error in their published work.

9. Indexing and Publication Information

Information concerning indexing, archiving, identifiers, and the availability of published papers should be provided only where it has been confirmed for the relevant publication.

RSEP Conferences does not imply that all proceedings or affiliated publications are indexed in the same databases or covered by identical publication arrangements.

Authors are encouraged to verify the specific publication information announced for the conference in which they participate.
