Author Guideline



The abstract of the article should have between 100 and 450 words.



Keywords should be consist of minimum 3, maximum 5 words or phrases.

JEL Codes


Directly economics relevant articles should include 3 JEL Classification codes at least.



The articles have to be written in English. Even if the author does not know English clearly, the article absolutely should be check by well-known person or native speaker.

If the authors demand their full paper to be published in the conference proceedings, they should send the article in Microsoft Office Word format and follow the contents which were sequenced below.



The length of the study should not be exceed 20 pages (Except the title page, but including the references pages).

Title Page


On the title page, there must be the name(s) of author(s), institution(s), correspondence(s) and e-mail address(es) under the title.

Text and Paper


The article should be written in Times New Roman, 12 point and paragraph in block. Footnotes should be Times New Roman, 10 point and paragraph in block. The margins must be 2,5 cm on all sides. Indent left and right 0 cm, space before 0 nk and after 0 nk. Titles and subtitles should be enumerated.



The sequenced table numerals(bold) and table names(not bold) must be written in 10 point above the table. It's source must be stated under the table. The letters' font should be the similar to the full text of article, but if necessary their size can be 10 point at least.



The sequenced figure numerals(bold) and figure names(not bold) must be written in 10 point under the figure. It's source also must be stated under the figure name. The letters's font should be the similar to the full text of article, but if necessary their size can be 10 point.



The publishing process is in blind review system and non-tolerance of plagiarisation. So, the articles scan by iThenticate software. The articles are checked by two international referees, if needed the third referee examines.



In text, if the author(s) cite(s) one point in one page of the source, it should be written as (Harvey, 2007, p.25); but if more points in more pages, they should be written by seperating with comma (Harvey, 2007, p.p.8, 11, 155). Lastly, if the author cite more points in between more pages, the citation should be as (Harvey, 2007, p.p.25-28). Differently, if the citation refers to complement of source, it sould be written as (Harvey, 2007).

From the three authors' source: (Anterazzi, Rhianetta and Hirschman, 1985, p.36)

From more than authors' source: (Gramson and Others, 1999, p.125)

If the author(s) want(s) to cite in a sentence, it should be written as: "....besides Harvey (2007, p.25) remarks the political economic side of the issue."
